We offer customisable wedding stationery, including (but not limited to): invitations, save-the-date cards, RSVP cards, envelopes, signage, and other event-related paper goods.
All products are made to order. colour, layout, and design elements may vary slightly due to printing processes or screen display differences.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders must be placed via the Website.
- Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods include [e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.].
Custom Orders:
You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. We are not liable for errors (e.g., misspellings, incorrect dates) once a proof is approved by you.
Turnaround Times:
Processing and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delays due to third-party carriers or force majeure events are outside our control.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Refunds are not available once a proof has been approved, or your product has been delivered.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

b) For orders cancelled after artwork has been created, a design fee of 50% of your order total will be charged. Your refund will be the order total less this design fee.
